3LHD won the 1st prize on the competition for the conceptual design of the city square, park area and the building of the Mobility Center on Jarunska Street in Zagreb. The location is bordered by Selska road, Jadranski bridge and Jarunska street. The starting point for the concept was the current state of the site and future scenarios for the use of space. A smaller square has been formed in the northern part of the plot. By preserving the existing trees, two green strokes were created that frame the building of the Mobility Center. Visible and unobtrusive - the building invites passers-by and users to explore what is happening inside, giving them the opportunity to satisfy their curiosity by walking through the park or climbing the green roof. The main feature of the building is its modularity. The construction inside a grid is efficient, allows the use of prefabricated elements and the space is easily adapted to the needs of users.
