Our co-founder and partner Marko Dabrović participated as a panelist at the 18th edition of ASAP Talks, held on May 8, 2025, at Nova Iskra Dorćol in Belgrade. The panel discussion, titled "A Company’s Plan as a City Plan – On Scaling, Responsibility, and Organizational Structure," brought together professionals from the architecture and design community to discuss the challenges and opportunities in structuring contemporary architectural studios.
During the discussion, Marko shared insights into the evolution of 3LHD’s organizational structure and culture, emphasizing the importance of transparency, mutual trust, and continuous learning in team development. He reflected on the challenges 3LHD has faced over the years, the crises it has overcome, and the lessons that have laid the foundation for new ways of working and decision-making. Special emphasis was placed on building a clear and sustainable organizational culture and on the role of digital tools—such as the VOLUM3 platform—that help optimize processes and communication within the studio. Through concrete examples from practice, he highlighted how the integration of technology can enhance creative workflows and enable scalability without compromising quality.
ASAP Talks once again proved to be a valuable platform for exchanging experiences and ideas, fostering dialogue on the future of architectural practice in the context of organizational transformation and technological progress.
