The construction of 3LHDs' project One Suite Hotel has started in October. It is located in Srebreno and is conceived as a volume in interaction with the environment. In addition to accommodation units, it contains commercial, business and catering spaces. Besides Karlovac Freshwater Aquarium and 3LHD office, this is the third 3LHDs' project whose realization is co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund. The total value of the project is 25.698.546,86 kn, and the financed amount is 9.385.495,08 kn.
