Representatives of the Lingnan Group, the investors we work with on the Hotel LN Garden Resort in China, arrived yesterday to visit 3LHD and Croatia. Guangzhou Lingnan International Enterprise Group, or Lingnan group, is a large company engaged primarily in hospitality and tourism. They own more than 60 hotels and hotel chains throughout China and their business interests include food industry, logistics, retail chains and transportation services. The most prominent member of the delegation is chairman of the Lingnan Group board Mr.Feng Jing, a high-ranking officer and vice chairman of the China Tourism and Hotel Association, vice chairman of the Guangdong Province Tourism Association, vice chairman of Guangdong Modern Service industry Association, vice chairman of the Guangzhou Entrepreneur Association and vice chairman of Guangzhou General Chamber of Commerce.
The delegation met with representatives of the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at a business luncheon in Zagreb. During their four-day stay in Croatia they will visit Plitvice National Park, Rovinj and 3LHD projects Hotel Lone, Mulini Beach, Hotel Adriatic and the site of the future Hotel Park and the new ACI marina.
Hotel LN Garden Resort, which is currently being built in Guangzhou, is located on Zhu Jiang (Pearl River) estuary, ant is a part of the Nansha Seaside Park. The hotel has a surface of 55000 m2 and 374 rooms.
