3LHD partner Marko Dabrović will participate in the Construction and Investment Conference 2026: Architecture of Change on 2nd October, as part of the panel discussion “Architecture as Capital – Aesthetics That Pays Back”, powered by egradnja.hr.
The panel will explore the relationship between architecture, investment and the long-term value of the built environment, focusing on how high-quality architectural design can contribute to a project’s value and identity. The discussion will also address the role of architectural competitions, the visual identity of cities, and the challenges of balancing investment interests with the quality of the built environment.
Alongside Marko Dabrović, the panel will feature Josipa Pipunić, Business & Experience Strategist, and architect Viktor Vrečko. The discussion will be moderated by Andrijana Jurin, founder and editor of egradnja.hr.
