The starting point for the concept was the current state of the site and future scenarios for the use of space. A smaller square has been formed in the northern part of the plot. By preserving the existing trees, two green strokes were created that frame the building of the Mobility Center. Visible and unobtrusive - the building invites passers-by and users to explore what is happening inside, giving them the opportunity to satisfy their curiosity by walking through the park or climbing the green roof. The main feature of the building is its modularity. The construction inside a grid is efficient, allows the use of prefabricated elements and the space is easily adapted to the needs of users. We are currently working on the detailed development and preparing the documentation needed to obtain a building permit.
